Effective with the February 1, 2021 bills, all applicable late fees, penalties, and disconnection policies will be in full force. This means that we will also resume sending final notices (red bills) with applicable late fees and the cutoff date.

All customers have had until at least January 25, 2021, to pay any delinquencies incurred between March 26, 2020 and July 29, 2020 through the six (6) COVID19 payment plan installments per the Governor’s Executive Order 142. Between March 26, 2020 and July 29, 2020, customers did not incur any late fees and were not disconnected for nonpayment. Since July 30, 2020, customers have been disconnected for nonpayment but still without any additional late fees or penalties.

Late fees and penalties will resume and be assessed to all applicable bills with a February 1, 2021 bill date.
